Awarta is a Palestinian town located 8 kilometers southeast of Nablus, in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 5,623 inhabitants in 2007. Awarta's built-up area consists of 540 dunams and is governed by a village council.
The town is surrounded by at least 20 Israeli settlements where new Jewish comers from around the world go settler. Those Jewish settlers are not friendly because they already come filled with hatred and ready to kill mentality.
French, British and US Jews, make the most of those mostly aggressive settlers who go on daily raids in Palestinian cities, towns, villages nearby their settlements meanwhile they are usually protected by the Israeli army and in case of any threat to them while they are raiding they go to the nearest Israeli checkpoint or directly call emergency line and get Israeli military to aid them in whatever they do.
